Do I have to make repairs before selling?

No. We buy houses as-is, in any condition. You do not need to repair, clean, or stage anything.

Are there any fees or commissions?

No agent commissions and no fees to get an offer from us. The offer we make is the amount we pay at closing, apart from any normal closing costs we will explain up front.

How fast can you close?

It depends on the property and on the title company, but many sales can close in a couple of weeks. If you need more time, you choose the closing date.

How do you come up with your offer?

We look at the condition of the home, the repairs it needs, and what similar homes sell for in the area. We are happy to explain how we reached our number.

Is there any obligation if I ask for an offer?

None. You are free to say no, compare other options, or take your time.

Will a cash offer be lower than listing with an agent?

It may be. A fully renovated home sold on the open market can bring more, but that route usually means repairs, commissions, showings, and waiting. A cash sale trades some price for speed, certainty, and convenience.
